RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Pure Bloom, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

1. Returns:

  • You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Your item must be in the original packaging.

  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Exchanges:

  • If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • We will provide instructions on how to exchange the item.

3. Refunds:

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

4. Return Shipping:

  • You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

1. Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 3 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

4. Shipping Locations:

  • We currently ship to Europe .

5. Delivery Time Estimates:

  • Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • Pure Bloom is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

7. Damaged or Lost Items:

  • Pure Bloom is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

8. International Shipping:

  • If you choose international shipping, be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes.

9. Changes to This Policy:

  • Pure Bloom reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Please review our policies periodically.
