By placing an order with PureBloom, you agree to our shipping terms. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional customs fees imposed by your local authorities. Once your order has been shipped, responsibility for the package is transferred to the shipping carrier.

Policy 

Currently, we only ship to countries within Europe. We do not offer worldwide shipping at this time.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

 
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
 

  • Malta: Next Day Delivery if order placed before 5pm

  • Standard EU Shipping: Estimated delivery within 10 business days.

  • Express EU Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and external factors such as customs delays or carrier issues.
 
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are determined by the destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.

  • We recommend checking with your local customs office for further information.


Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver orders on time, unexpected delays can occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, courier issues, customs processing). We appreciate your patience in such cases.

Order Tracking
All shipped orders include tracking information. Customers can track their orders using the tracking link provided in the confirmation email.

Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address or failure to claim the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.

  • If a refund is requested, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
